July 4th Part 2: Cascade Springs Hike

That’s right, after our morning hike at Slate Canyon, we went on another hike! We were supposed to meet up with Jer’s sister who was leaving town with her family, and also his brother from Salt Lake. It didn’t work out, though, so we decided to go ahead and take our guests to Cascade Springs located along the Alpine Loop. A snowy winter and plentiful water made for very beautiful springs.

We’ve been to Cascade Springs in Fall– so beautiful! I was so glad to see it in the summer this time and experience it with my brother and niece.
