Back to School 2019

It’s such an exciting time for the kids when school starts up again!

Open House

We went to Open House to meet their teachers and get all excited for the upcoming school year. My third grader will be learning multiplication! My preschooler is in his second year of speech therapy with the same teachers and bus drivers (and a lot of the same classmates), so he’s comfortable.

First Day of Third Grade

This dress from her grandma is her current favorite because of the soft material that she says is super comfortable. The giant adorable felt bow was made by her aunt Chalia—she has a whole collection of them in different colors and they are also her favorites. Her backpack since kindergarten is still going strong! Her little brothers wanted to be in all her pictures haha, and had a hard time saying goodbye to their Big Sis when it was actually time to drop her off. They thought they could waltz right in and join her like during Open House!

First Day of Preschool

Preschool starts a couple of weeks after school so this little cutie had to be super patient and asked me if today the bus was coming every single day… Here he is showing off his Car backpack! He really enjoyed the novelty of wearing a hooded vest for his first day of preschool. What a goober! Once the bus arrived he didn’t look back! At least I got a goodbye wave before he was off.
