Sister Surprise

My youngest sister came to visit, so we had an impromptu trip to the nail salon. I got the royal treatment with a pedicure that included hot wax, lava stones, foot massages, sugar scrubs, and all sorts of luxuries. We were very impressed with her nails with pearls on them and I even told her they looked like bridal nails!

I was excited to meet her boyfriend that she met a month ago. Turns out he proposed to her that night at the Lantern Festival and it was a picturesque magical moment! My baby sister got engaged!!! I’ve never seen her happier! They are a lovely couple and we wish them every happiness in their married life together.

I’m thrilled to have helped take their engagement photos right in our own Santaquin canyon on a short hike Jer and L discovered just the other day called Turkey Run.

The kids were thrilled to be able to spend more time with their Uncles and Aunts. We played in the pool and spa, had pizza, lots of “cheese touch” from W, and snacks by the fire plus getting spoiled by Uncle Joseph and checking out his award winning artwork. It’s been a blast hanging out with everyone!
