Health Check
Jeremy asked me one afternoon, “Don’t be mad, okay? Can you take me to Urgent Care?” His blood pressure was super extra high, and he had been off his meds for a couple of months without my knowledge. Just the day before we had made an appointment with his doctor for next month in order to count for his wellness program at work.
The Urgent Care doctor helped us get through the weekend until Jer could see his regular doctor to adjust his meds. We ordered a new at-home blood pressure monitor since ours is more than 2-3 years old and apparently the readings were inaccurately low after many years of use.

His doctor cleared him for exercise, so we’ve been enjoying morning runs (or jogs really) as we slowly grow our stamina and energy. He’s been losing weight and getting stronger.
I’m so grateful for Summer break from school when my Teacher husband is able to spend more time with us at home, and have these conversations and memories with us.
FSY at BYU
Lily is at FSY this week!

Time with Sons
Dates with the boys doing pickleball, FroYo, Minecraft Dungeons, and trips to the library.
I bought new rash guards after F got badly sunburned at the pool for Walker’s birthday.

Apparently all my kids are out of socks.
They’re growing so fast and mostly their feet! I’m looking for extra wide shoes for these boys thanks to their flat feet from their father.

I gave all the boys hair cuts, and for the first time also cut Jer’s hair using the clippers. F let me chop off his bangs to help with the summer heat, which he is a handsome boy but Jer teased him so much I don’t think he likes his haircut anymore.
