Jaker’s Pumpkin Patch

Baby is not ready to be out in large crowds or public places yet, but that hasn’t stopped us from welcoming Fall and all the fun that comes with it!

Jaker’s pumpkin patch is just down the road! Admission was only $2 per person over age 4, so we met up with family while Daddy watched the baby. It took a long time for my 2-year-old son to get warmed up and ready for an adventure because unfortunately we went out during his nap time and he showed signs of being tired. Our first stop after downing some kettle corn was playing in the corn pits making corn angels and burying each other in kernels!

Next stop, hop on the tractor ride for a tour of the fields!

One of Fletcher’s favorite parts was meeting the donkey and goats. I couldn’t get him to leave! He didn’t pet the animals, but he got close enough for a good look and all the little kids his age were mesmerized in the same way.

The shiny slide was another hit with the kids. This was our last stop before heading home, and Fletcher didn’t want to leave.
