Easy Ways to Spruce Up the Living Room for Halloween

Cobwebs here, a giant spider there. A touch of skeleton or witch’s shoes, a simple wreath, and splashes of pumpkin. The kids decorated weeks ago, and did a great job putting just the right amount of Halloween here— especially the exact creepy placement of their spiders on the photos! The pumpkins are lined up on our kitchen table so we can carve them tomorrow. It’s especially cool when the black lights go on at night…

I should have called this “Walker’s dream living room”. That kid is in love with spiders. The bigger and hairier and brighter, the better in his eyes.
